Qualifications
90% of women feel their potential is untapped and one of the greatest barriers to women achieving senior level positions is lack of qualifications.Most of our programmes are accredited by leading bodies - Chartered Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Institute of Leadership and Management, Institute of Customer Service and NCFE - and as such qualifications can be awarded as added value to our programmes.
Following any of our programmes delegates can go on to gain a full qualification through our unique approach, the ‘paperless portfolio’ means assessments are based entirely on job performance, dispensing with the time- consuming paperwork that can be a major de-motivating factor in the training process, especially for women trying to juggle work and family life.
Each delegate will have access to one of our specialist advisers who will provide one-to-one sessions (approximately four sessions), in their main place of work. Also included in the delegate fee is one year’s membership to the CMI, ILM or CIPD, together with a personal development plan - worth over £75 per year.

Health and Social Care
- Health and Social Care Level 2
The level 2 qualification is aimed at those who support and assist individuals with their physical or emotional care, daily living needs or maintaining their independence. It is extremely relevant for home care assistants, community support assistants, healthcare assistants, and residential or day service assistants.
- Health and Social Care Level 3
The level 3 qualification is aimed at individuals who often work without direct supervision or on their own, perhaps in a user's own home.
Hospitality
- Hospitality level 2
- Multi Skilled Hospitality Services level 2
NVQs in Hospitality allow individuals to train while they work with levels to suit all experiences, jobs and areas of expertise. There are plenty of units available to ensure all the skills needed for all chosen pathways.
- Hospitality Supervision and Leadership level 3
This qualification is aimed at those who are currently working in the industry at supervisory level or those wishing to enter the industry at a higher level and develop their skills further.
- Hospitality Management level 3
This qualification is aimed at middle managers with a wider span of control, greater accountability for performance and responsibility for determining resource allocation and operational methods.
