The second annual MAN everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards took place on Thursday 14th May and was an inspirational celebration of the many talented women working within the transport and logistics industry.

The event was attended by 300 guests including some of the country’s leading transport and logistics representatives. Compere Ruby Wax used her wonderful sense of humour to add an entertaining slant to the occasion, introducing the finalists and the exceptional winners of the seven categories.

The prestigious Woman of the Year Award went to Elaine Miller of Wincanton Container Logistics who proved that the stereotypical image of a predominantly white, middle aged male workforce is not true and that there are exceptional women and great role models working within transport and logistics.
